Architectural and Landscape Committee

Overview

The Architectural and Landscape Committee (ALC) is a governance committee of the IronOaks HOA as proscribed in the CC&R's. Its purpose is to assure that standards for construction, modification, or improvements by owners on or to residential lots preserve the aesthetic values of the community. The committee acts on behalf of the Board and in cooperation with the ALC staff to evaluate and approve requests for significant landscape or remodeling proposals which involve substantial complexity. The committee updates and maintains the ALC Guidelines as new Board decisions and government rulings occur. Members of the committee are required to be familiar with provisions of the CC&R's relative to IronOaks architecture and landscape as well as the specific ALC Guidelines.
