Finance Committee

Overview

The Finance Committee was established by action of the Board of Directors with the overall purpose to review and provide oversight of the financial and business operations of the Association.  Certain monthly and/or annual responsibilities are performed, including, but not limited to:

 

         ●   Review annual budgets to establish Homeowner assessments  

 

         ●   Monitor monthly financial reports for adherence to Operating and Capital  Budgets

 

         ●   Periodically determine the adequacy of reserve funds.

 

Although finance or accounting background is helpful, it is not required.  Overall business acumen will give the member confidence in Committee discussion and decisions.
