Properties Committee
Overview
The Properties Committee advises the Board of Directors on all issues regarding the maintenance, repair, alteration, acquisition and disposition of any property that is owned by IronOaks. This includes the monitoring of the quality and effectiveness of the maintenance or improvements for our facilities, such as the Oakwood and Ironwood Clubhouses and the Poolside Café, as well as our Common Areas and roads. The Committee works closely with the Director of Facilities in accomplishing these important tasks.
