All comment cards go directly to the Communications Director for review. The Communications Director will forward the comment card to an appropriate person for consideration. Comment cards must be complete with your name, address, E-mail address and phone number.
A copy of the Comment Card will be sent to the above E-mail address and If you don’t receive it in a few hours then you may not have entered your correct E-mail address. It’s also possible that the E-mail is being identified as spam. Check your spam or trash folders. If you still don’t see the E-mail then you may need to identify the sender of the E-mail as a safe sender in your E-mail program before you send the Comment Card. Your Internet Service Provider may also be blocking the Comment Card E-mail or may be able to provide additional information.
The following information may be useful for determining why you didn't receive the email. The E-mail is sent to the E-mail address you entered and it's from director@slhoa3.com and the subject is IronOaks Comment Card.
