Adjoining Properties
Golfers may not enter properties adjoining the golf courses for any reason. Golf balls that end up on the properties of adjoining homeowners must be considered lost, even if they are in plain view and could be retrieved.
Young Golfers
A young golfer may play the courses if accompanied by an adult and if, in the opinion of the Director of Golf, the young golfer is mature enough to behave in an appropriate manner and to play with sufficient skill that other golfers on the course will not be adversely affected.
Dress Code
Golfers must dress modestly and appropriately at all times while on the courses. For men, shirts with collars, turtlenecks or mock turtlenecks are required. Denims are not permitted. Soft spikes are required at all times on the course.
Appropriate Behavior
Golfers are expected at all times to behave in a menner that demonstrates respect to their fellow golfers and to the homeowners who live around the courses. Golfers who behave in an unsafe or unruly manner may be required to leave the courses immediately and without compensation.
Alcoholic Beverages
Pursuant to liquor license requirements, alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the courses unless purchased from IronOaks personnel.
Private Golf Cart Regulations and Specifications *
Only electric golf carts occupied by a maximum of two occupants and carrying a maximum of two sets of clubs are allowed on IronOaks courses. The carts should not exceed 116 inches in body length and not exceed 55 inches in body width. Tires should be turf rated and not less than 8 inches in width. PSI outside tire weight should not exceed 8.5.
*Golf Carts purchased before May 5, 2010, will be allowed under the grandfather clause. Any golf carts purchased after May 5, 2010, must meet the above specifications.
