WHO IS YOUR UNIT CAPTAIN?

We have 74 homeowners who are currently serving as Unit Captains.  However, there are still units without captains.  Units 27B, 45, 45A, 45B, and 46A do not have Unit Captains.  Units 28 and  36C need one more volunteer so serve as a Co-Captain.

The HOA does not give out homeowners’ e-mail addresses, even for those who receive “Stay in the Loop”.  Unit Captains must contact homeowners and ask for e-mail addresses.  You may not know who our Unit Captain is because he/she does not have your e-mail address.

If you have a Unit Captain and haven’t heard from him/her, please make his/her job easier by making contact and giving your e-mail address.  All of the Unit Captains are listed at this address: http://www.ironoakshoa.org/Committees/UnitCaptainsCommittee.html

If you do not have a Unit Captain, please consider volunteering.  Unit Captains have the responsibility to make sure homeowners’ concerns are addressed.  In addition, Unit Captains are a vital link between the homeowners and the HOA.  Unit Captains meet the first Tuesday of each month from 3:45-5:00 p.m.  Being a Unit Captain is another way to ensure you are informed and the voice of the homeowners is heard.  We are a big community made smaller by the work Unit Captains do to keep us informed!
