The Rules and Regulations have changed to allow family members and/or caregivers to use gate devices. They must have a BLUE mirror hang tag to use in conjunction with the gate device. There is a form that needs to be filled out in order for the homeowner to pick up these BLUE tags. This form must be signed by the family member and/or caregiver, and list their vehicle license plate number and the gate device number. The homeowner also needs to sign the form. If you have given one of your gate devices to a family member and/or caregiver, and they do not have a blue mirror hang tag, the device could be deleted from the data base, The necessary form can be downloaded and completed prior to coming into the Patrol Office.
