Gate Access Information

 

Read this carefully and please be sure that all interested parties are aware of this information.

 

E. J. Robson/Riggs Road gate, Sun Lakes Blvd/Riggs Road gate and Halley /Alma School gate will be staffed 7 days a week from 6 am till 8 pm, to control admission into the community by Visitors.

If you are expecting a visitor you should call the gates and let the Officer know your name, name of the visitor, and time you expect them to arrive.

 

          E. J. Robson gate – 802-4244

          Sun Lakes gate – 802-1327

          Halley gate – 895-5752

 

Note:  If a visitor arrives and is not registered, they may not be allowed to enter the community. 

 

SENTEX boxes (directory) are located at E.J. Robson, Sun Lakes, North Dobson, and Halley gates.

These boxes should not be used when the gate is staffed.

 

All vehicles from Sun Lakes Country Club (Phase I) and Cottonwood/Palo Verde (Phase II) that have a windshield sticker from their community will be allowed to enter without questions.  All other visitors will be stopped at the gates and be logged in.  They must furnish the name and address of the homeowner they want to visit.  Gate Officers will log in the vehicle by time, destination, and license plate number. 

 

Family Member/Caregiver must have a BLUE mirror hang tag displayed when using a gate device and entering through the resident side of the gate.

 

Service Providers such as pest control, painters, landscapers, pool maintenance, etc. may register their company with the Patrol Office and purchase a WHITE decal (C) for their windshield. They will be allowed to enter the community through the Visitor’s side of the gates, without question.  All other non-registered service providers must stop and be logged in.

 

Guests that are staying overnight with a homeowner must be registered in the Patrol Office.  They will be issued a guest pass that entitles them to use the amenities.  They will also be given a WHITE mirror hang tag for their vehicle.  Guests are allowed to stay overnight a maximum of 28 days in any six (6) month period of time.
